Full color portraits are always a fun challenge. I’ve made sure to order this gallery oldest to newest! It’s so easy to get carried away in the detail of the subjects, especially when they’re all that adorable! I think these portraits have helped me grow so much as an artist. I’ve gotten more familiar with depth in color, as opposed to my experience with charcoals (black & white).
Some of my favorite full color portraits are the more simple, blocky ones, but there’s just something about the vivid detail in my more recent ones that I love creating. I love being able to give someone a piece that they will keep with them for a lifetime, that they’ll love! One of the cool parts of digital art, is that these pieces are completely scalable. I create them on a canvas that you can blow up as big as you want when you get your piece printed!
